Service virtual port has existed already, Huawei OLT
I noticed once on Huawei MA5683T when I added the service port for ONT the following error:
FAILURE: SERVICE VIRTUAL PORT HAS EXISTED ALREADY
This error message usually indicates that the virtual port you are trying to configure on your Huawei OLT has already been created and is in use. In other words, the virtual port number you are trying to assign is already assigned to another service and cannot be used again.
Here are some steps you can follow to resolve this issue:

Check the configuration of the existing virtual port to see if it is still in use. If it is not in use, you can delete it.

If the virtual port is still in use, you can try assigning a different virtual port number to the new service.

Make sure that you have assigned a unique virtual port number to each service and that there are no duplicates.

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, you may need to contact Huawei technical support for further assistance.
It’s important to ensure that virtual port assignments are unique and correctly configured in order to avoid conflicts and ensure proper operation of your Huawei OLT.
